1. Definitions

Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and all funds (deposits and winnings) forfeited without recourse.

3.2 Residency Requirement

You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing wb403 Services. You warrant that you will not use VPN services, proxy servers, or other technological means to conceal your actual location when using wb403 Services.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You represent that you are not subject to any legal disability, bankruptcy proceedings, or court orders that would prevent you from entering into this agreement or using online gaming services.

3.4 Single Account Requirement

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with wb403. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account with wb403, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You acknowledge that providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in Account suspension or termination.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

wb403 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC compliance obligations, you must submit the following documents within 7 days of Account registration:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) showing all four corners and all information fields;
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence;
• A selfie photograph of you holding your KTP next to your face, with all ID details clearly visible.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. wb403 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by wb403;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Immediately notify wb403 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wb403 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. wb403 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that does not comply with this requirement and may suspend your Account pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for standard members and 12 hours for VIP Gold members, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches your verified KYC documents. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. wb403 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your financial institution may apply its own charges.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

In accordance with international AML standards, wb403 requires that deposited funds be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement does not apply to bonus funds, which are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotional terms. wb403 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals or suspicious transaction patterns.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by wb403 are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each promotional offer. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 1.000.000 bonus requires Rp 30.000.000 in total wagers to unlock.

Different game types contribute different percentages toward bonus wagering requirements:

• Slots and crash games: 100% contribution
• Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10% contribution

6.3 Bonus Abuse

wb403 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated play between accounts, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and any other conduct that exploits promotional terms contrary to their intended purpose. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may face permanent Account termination.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on wb403 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and other betting parameters before confirming any wager. wb403 will not cancel or amend bets due to User error, except in cases of obvious technical malfunction or clerical error on the part of wb403.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing sports body. In the event of match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our sports-specific terms. For bandar bola (football betting) markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, and international competitions, if a match is abandoned before completion, bets on incomplete markets will typically be voided and stakes refunded, unless the market has already been unconditionally determined.

7.3 Casino Game Rules

11. Intellectual Property

• Continued provision of Services to you would violate applicable law or regulations;
• Your Account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.

Upon Account termination, you must immediately cease all use of wb403 Services. Any remaining balance in your Account at the time of termination will be returned to you, minus any amounts owed to wb403, unless the termination was due to fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms, in which case wb403 may retain all funds pending completion of any investigation or legal proceedings.

14. Amendments to Terms

wb403 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our Services, regulatory requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email and in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of wb403 Services after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
